We fix floor patches, small section to complete trailer floor replacement. Most dry van trailers have laminated hardwood floor. Wood floor have flexibility that allows trailer structure to slightly bend as it goes down the road. We stock several different types of wood, metal bolts, cross-members, hardware to do a quick repair to a complete floor replacement. Floor thickness vary from 1”, 1 3/8”, 1 5/16”, 1 ½”. We also stock metal plate from 1/8” to 1” for customers that prefer to patch with metal plate instead of wood. Many a times, forklifts damage the floor due to frequent loading and unloading.
